1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of gohype.tech – The Design Company, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Offered
gohype.tech – The Design Company offers creative branding, logo design, web development, and digital promotion services. The scope of each project will be detailed in individual proposals or invoices.
3. Payments and Refunds
All services must be prepaid. Once design or development work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. In case of payment failure, service delivery may be paused or canceled.
4. Intellectual Property
All content created during a project is owned by gohype.tech – The Design Company until full payment is received. Once paid, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
gohype.tech – The Design Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
